Wstęp: Skóra to największy organ w ludzkim ciele, który
pełni funkcje ochronne organizmu, zapewnia zmysł
czucia oraz umożliwia regenerację i gojenie ran. Utrata
funkcji bariery fizycznej skóry otwiera drogę dla inwazji
szkodliwych mikroorganizmów, co może prowadzić do
infekcji, a w skrajnych przypadkach nawet do śmierci.
Oparzenia są jedną z najczęstszych przyczyn uszkodzenia
ciągłości skóry. Stanowią często poważne zagrożenie i
wymagają natychmiastowego leczenia.
Cel pracy: Niniejsza praca licencjacka ma na celu
przybliżenie standardu postępowania przedszpitalnego i
szpitalnego wobec pacjenta z oparzeniami ciała.
Materiał i metoda: Metoda podjętych badań opiera się na
studium przypadku. Ocenie podlegały podjęte medyczne
czynności ratunkowe wdrożone przez ratowników
medycznych i inny personel medyczny względem
pacjenta z oparzeniami ciała.
Wnioski: Na podstawie napisanej pracy i uzyskanych
wniosków można stwierdzić, że oparzenia ciała stanowią
duże zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia pacjentów oraz
wymagają natychmiastowej interwencji medycznej i
wdrożenia procedur ratunkowych. Ważny jest szybki
transport do Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń celem wdrożenia
odpowiedniej diagnostyki i właściwych procedur, które
mają za zadanie poprawić stan pacjenta.

Purpose of the work: This undergraduate thesis aims to
introduce the standard of pre-hospital and
hospital treatment of a patient with burns on the body.
Material and method: the method of the research undertaken is based on a
case study. The medical
rescue actions implemented by paramedics
paramedics and other medical personnel towards
patient with a burn injury.
Conclusions: Based on the written work and the obtained
conclusions, it can be concluded that burns pose a
high risk to the health and life of patients and
require immediate medical intervention and
implementation of emergency procedures. It is important to quickly
transport to the Burn Treatment Center in order to implement
appropriate diagnostics and proper procedures that
designed to improve the patient's condition.
